Experienced heads to clash as Titans meet Raiders

Between them, they've played 488 games of NRL football.

They're both international players, having represented New Zealand on multiple occasions.

As the Titans prepare for for a trip to Canberra to take on the Raiders, this week's Macca's Match-up features two of the game's veterans that will line up for their respective teams.

For the Titans, it is co-captain and second rower Kevin Proctor.

'KP' returns to the Titans side after missing a week through suspension.

In 2021, the 32-year-old has played 14 games, scoring four tries.

In his 14th season in the NRL after debuting with Melbourne in 2008, Proctor's experience will be vital as the Titans try to return from the nation's capital with a win.

Soliola debuted three years earlier (2005) for the Roosters, playing 92 games with the Sydney club.  He spent four seasons in England and played 117 games for St Helens, before returning to Australia and adding another 128 games with the Raiders.

The 34-year-old has played ten games in 2021, scoring one try and averaging 71 running metres per game.

The two veterans are leaders for their respective teams and will prove important players for both sides when the Raiders host the Titans at GIO Stadium in Canberra on Saturday night.
