Moeaki motivated for long-term success

At just 21-years-old, Moeaki Fotuaika is well and truly part of the exciting next generation of Titans.

Having re-signed this week to stay at the Club until the end of 2024, Fotuaika says it's is the crop of young players coming through that has him enthusiastic about the future.

"The amount of star players that we have and the players that we've got and the things they can do is something I'm really excited about," the young forward said.

"It's also the exciting players we've got coming up too like Toby Sexton and the likes."

After making his debut in 2018, Fotuaika has already played 75 NRL games.

"It's crazy to think ... everything has just happened so quickly," he said.

"The club has been really good at looking after me and I'm really greatful that I'm still here for the next three years and it's onwards from here."

With his future now confirmed, Fotuaika says his eyes are now on bringing success to the Coast.

The prop says the young squad are determined to become consistent contenders in the coming seasons.

"Hopefully we are up in the top four and definitely pushing for a grand final spot," Fotuaika said.

"I definitely think that is what all of the boys are thinking, hopefully we can make it to the big dance at the end and win it for this great city.

"The city has been doing it tough for the last couple of years and (I'm excited) for the fans to enjoy the success with us too."
