NRL 2022: Titans, Flying Phil returns: Sami back for Round 5 in new role

Flying Phil is back!

One of four players sidelined last week, Sami joins Beau Fermor and Isaac Liu as welcomed additions to the Gold Coast Titans line-up to face off against Parramatta at Cbus Super Stadium on Saturday night.

With Brian Kelly ruled out of Round 5 due to COVID-19 protocols, the Titans speedster will fill the void at centre, with Greg Marzhew to remain on the wing after a barnstorming start to the year.

After making his season return against the Tigers, Jarrod Wallace will get another opportunity to impress off the bench, replacing Sam Lisone who moves to the reserves.

Going down to the Eels by the narrowest of margins in the season opener at Parramatta, the Titans are out for revenge in a Saturday night blockbuster, hoping to go three from three at home in front of the Legion.

It's also a special clash for coach Justin Holbrook, celebrating his 50th game in charge.
