Injury report: Herbert, Fotuaika cleared; Thompson monitored

There is good news on the injury front from Thursday night's game against the Cowboys at Cbus Super Stadium.

Returning from limb complaints, Patrick Herbert and Moeaki Fotuaika got through the Round 13 matchup with no issues and will be ready to go for this Saturday's clash against South Sydney at home.

The club will be without Jayden Campbell for at least this week, with scans revealing the young gun has sustained a hamstring injury, with a further assessment to be made on when he will likely return.

Corey Thompson will also be monitored after niggling knee pain has troubled the Titans winger recently.

See below for the full injury report from Round 13:

Corey Thompson

The Titans flyer is currently suffering ongoing right knee lateral compartment pain. Thompson rested over the weekend and completed off feet conditioning to start to the week. He is set to resume training with the team on Thursday and be available for selection against South Sydney.

Patrick Herbert and Moeaki Fotuaika

Both Gold Coast players got through the game without aggravating their respective calf and ankle injuries and will be available for Saturday's Round 14 clash.

Kevin Proctor

Following an operation on his right biceps tendon, Proctor met with his surgeon last Friday and is progressing well with his return on schedule. The forward will be introduced to some light skill and rehab contact this week with an aim to integrate into some training next week in hope of a potential return in Round 15 against the Sharks.

Jayden Campbell

Scans have revealed the live-wire fullback has injured his hamstring, with a further diagnosis to be made in the next 24 hours to determine when he is set to return for the club.
