The Titans who'll take to the field this weekend

The Titans may have a bye in the NRL Telstra Premiership this weekend, but there will still be plenty of representatives in action.

Round 14 of the Hostplus Cup will see a number of the Gold Coast's players lining up for Burleigh and Tweed as both affiliate teams fight hard to consolidate wins with only seven rounds to go in Queensland's premier reserve grade competition.

At Pizzey Park, the ladder-leading Burleigh Bears will face off against the Ipswich Jets and will be hungry to get back in the winner's circle after a shock result to the Pride in Cairns last Saturday.

Alofiana Khan-Pereira will hope to continue his blitzing try-scoring form up when he runs out hoping to add to his 11 four-pointers thus far, alongside fellow backs Esan Marsters and uncapped Titan Tony Francis.

The Bears' forward pack will see Gold Coast development player Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui start in the front row, with Jacob Alick moving to the edge and Aaron Booth will continue to push for an NRL call-up in the No. 14 jersey off the bench.

For Tweed, they head to Redcliffe in fifth spot - only one point outside the top four - as they prepare to face the Dolphins on Saturday night.

Excitement machine Jojo Fifita will line-up on the wing, whilst the only other Titans play named so far to play for the Seagulls is Sam Lisone in the front row.
