Late mail: Holbrook makes late switch as decade-long hiatus ends

Gold Coast Titans coach Justin Holbrook has confirmed two personnel changes to the team he named on Tuesday, with injuries forcing a reshuffle to a number of key positions.

Sam McIntyre will start in the No. 9 role with Erin Clark ruled out of the remainder of the season, opening the door for Jarrod Wallace to come back into the 17 after filling in nicely for Tino Fa'asuamaleaui last start.

The 189-game prop will play from the opening whistle alongside the skipper in the front row, with Jaimin Jolliffe dropping back to the bench.

Brian Kelly's omission brings Greg Marzhew back into the starting side, lining up on the wing alongside Patrick Herbert who moves to the centres.

Paul Turner will join the pine as the utility with the remainder of the side unchanged. Corey Thompson is the 18th man for the contest.

Over ten years since the Titans last played in Wollongong, they will be hoping to make history up against the Dragons this afternoon, having never won at WIN Stadium in the four games previously - the last being back in Round 16, 2012.

Kick-off is at 2pm, live on Fox League and Kayo.
