Titans Coach Justin Holbrook says the new faces at Parkwood have brought plenty of energy to the early stages of pre-season.
Aaron Schoupp, Chris Randall, Sam Verrills and Joe Stimson have all hit the training paddock, while Kieran Foran has also made an early appearance at Titans HQ.
Holbrook says all five have slotted straight in and have already provided a boost to the squad.
"They're all doing really well," he said.
"That's is the beauty of bringing fresh faces in, they come with a keen attitude.
"We have brought in some hard working guys who really want to compete and they've slotted in nicely.
"I'm looking forward to big seasons from them all."
Alongside the new additions, competition for spots has also seen the intensity rise.
Holbrook says there is a number of candidates putting their hand up for round one, with the outside back positions proving especially competitive.
"We're seeing plenty of competition in the outside backs," he said.
"We've got young guys knocking on the door.
"We signed Jojo Fifita at the back end of the season who is excellent, Aaron Schoupp who has joined us, Phil Sami and Brian Kelly and then Alofiana Khan-Pereira and Tony Francis."
The squad will return from their Christmas break next week, with trials against the Broncos (12th February) and Dolphins (19th February) on the horizon.
With the first two games of 2023 to be played in Sydney (Tigers and Dragons), Holbrook says the squad are focussed on getting off to a good start before returning home to play in front of the Titans Legion in Round Three.
"There are a couple of away games to start the season, but to get the first home game against Melbourne on a Saturday afternoon that's going to be excellent.
"It'd be nice to start well and then get Melbourne at home for our first home game for our Members to get their first look at our side live in 2023."
