Injury update: David Fifita

David Fifita will miss the Titans’ Round 15 clash against the Wests Tigers after presenting possible delayed concussion symptoms following last Saturday’s game against the Rabbitohs.

Leaving the field for a head injury assessment in Game I of Origin on Wednesday, the barnstorming back-rower was cleared to return and featured heavily in the final half of Queensland's 26-18 win, before backing up for the Titans off the interchange bench.

Given the short five-day turnaround and the potential of playing three games in eight days, the club has made a precautionary decision to rest the star from this Thursday night's fixture.
