Titans young gun joins squad as Game II Maroons team revealed

Queensland Rugby League has today announced the Harvey Norman Queensland Maroons squad for Game II of the series to be played in Townsville.

Featuring five Titans in the squad, Australian Schoolgirls half Sienna Lofipo is the newest name to be part of the Origin camp, joining Evania Pelite, Emily Bass, Shannon Mato and Jessika Elliston who will all prepare for their second match after successfully getting over the Blues in Game I.

There is one change to the 17 that took the field for that opening game in Sydney last week, with China Polata named to make her Origin debut after winger Julia Robinson was issued a one-match suspension from the 18-10 win.

The Maroons will arrive in Townsville next Friday to step up preparations for the June 22 clash at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

The team will hold an official fan day at The Strand on Saturday, June 17.
