Play with Preston, premiership winners and Origin stars

How would you like to play alongside former Dally M winner Preston Campbell on Cbus Super Stadium next weekend?

The inaugural Titan is joining with a host of other former NRL players in putting their hand up to play in a fundraising game prior to our fixture against the Dolphins and the best bit - you can play too!

Preston joins Origin stars Dallas Johnson, Chris Walker, Brad Meyers and Matt Geyer in the match that will raise funds for injured Future Titans player Joseph Pouniu.

The 20-minute touch rugby league match will be played prior to the NRL action on Sunday 9th July.

Anthony Don, Nathan Friend, Jack Stockwell, Corey Thompson, Danny Nutley and Shane Perry are among the other former Titans and Dolphins players who you could be playing alongside.

Who is Joseph?

Earlier this year, Joseph suffered a serious spinal cord injury during a High Performance Gold Coast Titans U17 rugby league game against the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday 28/01/23. Joe, as known by most, was treated on the field by the club doctor and paramedics before being transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital Emergency Department in Brisbane to treat his catastrophic spinal injury. Joe underwent immediate surgery to stabilise his neck and reattach his c4 and c5 to his spine. Despite the surgery, Joe has suffered major damage to his spinal cord and now faces an enormous battle to be able to regain any movement from his shoulders down. Discover more.
