Titans set for Ipswich return after 14-year hiatus

The Titans will return to Ipswich after a 14-year break, facing the Parramatta Eels in week two of the pre-season challenge on Sunday, February 25.

Confirmed with the release of the 2024 trials draw on Friday, it will culminate a fortnight of footy to kick-off the new season with the Gold Coast first meeting the Dolphins in the Sunshine Showdown at Sunshine Coast Stadium on Sunday, February 18.

'Switch City' has been a happy hunting ground for the Gold Coast in their previous visit against the Broncos in 2010, triumphantly defeating them 52-0 with the likes of former stars Shannon Walker, Joseph Tomane and Ryan James lighting up Briggs Road.

Ipswich Trial Match

Home to current Titans Phil Sami, Josiah Pahulu and assistant coach Jim Lenihan, the fixture announcement also coincides with the launch of the inaugural Ipswich membership, offering fans a guaranteed seat at the trial, two general admission tickets to any game at Cbus Super Stadium and an exclusive merchandise pack.
