To help with your selections, Titans.com.au has identified some of the key players that could line up in the hooking role this season.

Sam Verrills
Age: 25 | Appearances: 59

The premiership winning hooker joined the Titans from the Roosters for season 2023, and showed glimpses of why he is so highly rated in the role.  Injury robbed him of more game-time in his debut season on the Coast, but the classy rake is fit and ready to fire in 2024.  Expect him to take his game to new heights this season.

Chris Randall
Age: 28 | Appearances: 50

'It's been a great change': Randall overjoyed with maiden year at Titans

His hard-work and effort no matter what jersey he was wearing, quickly established Chris Randall as a favourite for the Titans legion.  37 of his 50 NRL games have come in the #9 jersey, but in his debut season on the Coast in 2023 he showed his versatility taking on a range of roles throughout the forward pack.  Whether he plays as a rake, on an edge, at lock or off the bench, Randall has made it clear that he is ready to take on any role that can help the team succeed.  Expect him to feature strongly across season 2024.

Erin Clark
Age: 26 | Appearances: 71

After given a small taste of life in the middle at the back-end of 2022, Erin Clark showed what he could do as a mobile lock-forward and bench impact player throughout the majority of 2023.

Again aiming to take on the same sort of role under new coach Des Hasler, Clark's hooking days may be behind him.

Having spent plenty of time as a hooker throughout his time at the Titans, Clark provides depth in the position should injury arise.

Oskar Bryant
Age: 20 | Appearances: 0

Part of the Titans development group for season 2024, the talented young red-head developed his game with the Tweed Seagulls at Hostplus Cup level in 2023.  Again aligned to the Seagulls this season, Bryant will use his time at the Titans affiliate to push for an NRL debut this year.

Who do you think Des Hasler should select at hooker this season? Submit your Round 1 side today with the Titans Team Picker and go in the draw to win one of three signed Titans Jerseys.
