Yes, it's back!
The Titans' famous Hot Dog Eating Contest returns again this season for a true American spectacle in Round 19 as the Titans take on the Eels at Cbus Super Stadium.
Last year's inaugural contest was a favourite for Gold Coast fans, watching on in awe as four brave Titans supporters battled it out to see who could down the most dogs in 2 minutes.
Like all serious competitions, we've taken learnings from the first attempt and refined the process for this year's contest.
This year's changes:
- Smaller hot dogs (we're hoping the winner eats more than 1.5 this time)
- Competitors CAN put sauce on their hot dogs
- Water will be in a cup not a bottle (maximum hydration)
Four Titans fans will battle it out before the game in a 2-minute eating contest to win an all-American prize pack LIVE at the game in the centre of the field.
