NRL 2025: Titans, Round 8 team: Prolific points-scorer set for return in special Anzac Round derby

The Titans will welcome back fast-flying winger Alofiana Khan-Pereira from injury for their important Anzac Round clash against the Cowboys on Saturday afternoon.

Expected to make the trip to Townsville after working hard to return from a hamstring strain, the prolific points-scorer's addition is one of three changes made by Gold Coast coach Des Hasler, with David Fifita also named to return via the bench after missing last weekend's clash due to the same complaint as Khan-Pereira.

Fifita's inclusion pushes Klese Haas out of the 22-man squad, which sees Brock Gray back onto the bench after serving a one-match suspension last week for a high tackle.

The remainder of the side remains unchanged with Tom Weaver to play his second game of 2025 in the halves and Chris Randall named to begin in the back-row.

Gold Coast will wear a special Anzac Round jersey honouring the legacy of former Titans member Corporal Cameron Baird VC, MG; whilst also recognising the contributions of Royal Australian Navy veteran Sue White and Royal Australian Air Force officer Matilda Busby - the pair representing the role women play in the defence force.

The side will also play for the Corporal Cameron Baird VC, MG memorial trophy, which is awarded to the Titans player who best epitomises his values and motto 'Aspire to Inspire' across the Anzac Round clash.

Kick-off is at 5.30pm on Saturday at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Townsville.
