Gold Coast NRLW captain Georgia Hale has been charged by the match review committee following the Titans' Round 2 clash against the Broncos on Sunday afternoon.

Placed on report and sin-binned in the 53rd minute, the forward has been hit with a Grade 2 Dangerous Contact charge on Brianna Clark, resulting in a one match suspension should she elect to take the early plea.

Should she fight the charge and be found guilty, she will also miss the Titans' Round 4 clash in New Zealand alongside next Sunday's showdown against the Wests Tigers.

No plea has been submitted at this time.
