Round 21 team: Hasler makes three changes as Foran skippers his last NZ hurrah

Kieran Foran will take the reins as skipper for the retiree's final game in his homeland when the Titans face off against the Warriors on Saturday.

The 311-game veteran makes the journey across to New Zealand with the captaincy next to his name after scans confirmed Tino Fa'asuamaleaui will be sidelined for the next month with a MCL injury.

His unavailability is one of three changes made by Des Hasler for the Trans Tasman rivalry with both teams playing for the Zae Wallace shield - Klese Haas promoted to lock and Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui, Jacob Alick-Wiencke and Josh Patston joining the bench.

Alofiana Khan-Pereira has been relegated to the reserves; meanwhile, David Fifita will miss the clash after re-aggravating his ankle injury.

Gold Coast will also proudly showcase Top Blokes on the front of their jersey for the clash, shining a spotlight on the incredible work the organisation does as they encourage more young men to speak up and know they’re not alone.

Kick-off is at 3pm (AEST) on Saturday - the second of two Titans games at Go Media Stadium, Auckland.
