Injury report: Sami sidelined, Patston to see surgeon

Phil Sami will miss Sunday's Indigenous Round clash against the Rabbitohs due to multiple HIA's against the Panthers.

In line with NRL protocols, Sami will enter an 11-day mandatory stand-down from contact training and games after coming from the field for two separate head injury assessments in the 48th and 81st minutes.

Chris Randall is set to return from his stand-down after suffering a Category 1 assessment in Round 21.

In the NRLW, rookie winger Lily Patston will seek further medical advice from the surgeon after suffering a fractured fibula alongside ankle syndesmosis in the early stages of their clash against the Bulldogs in Newcastle.

The 23-year-old came from the field in the first minute of her fourth game of the season and is expected to miss a lengthy period of time in recovery.
