Late mail: Hasler opts for new centre in Fifita's absence
Des Hasler has opted for Beau Fermor to fill the vacant centre position for Saturday's showdown against the Sharks in Sydney.
With Jojo Fifita ruled out on Thursday, the Titans coach has entrusted the Maroons representative to fill the void in the outside backs in what will be his 11th game in that position.
In the line-up reshuffle, Josh Patston has been promoted to the second row with Fermor moving out; meanwhile, Jacob Alick-Wiencke goes back to the bench alongside Keano Kini who will make his highly-anticipated return from a neck injury having been sidelined since Round 3.
The remainder of the side remains as per program in the second week of Indigenous Round, joining alongside the club's NRL team in wearing a specially-designed jersey by Bundjalung artist Christine Slabb showcasing the key themes of connection, community and belonging.
Kick-off is at 3pm; live on Fox League and Kayo Sports.
