Injury report: Fifita ruled out of finale against Wests Tigers

Jojo Fifita has been sidelined with a hamstring strain, ruling him out of the Titans' season finale against the Wests Tigers on Saturday afternoon.

Despite getting through the 80 minutes against the Dolphins, scans have revealed the outside back to have suffered the lower limb complaint, which puts him out of Gold Coast's final clash at home.

In more positive news, Phil Sami is pushing to return after suffering a minor groin injury in the lead-up to last Sunday's Queensland derby; but Karyn Murphy's side has been dealt a blow with Sarina Masaga to miss the trip to Newcastle after her failed HIA in Round 9.

Coming from the field just after half-time, the Samoan International will undergo the NRL's mandatory 11-day stand-down, but will be available for next Saturday's final regular season game against the Raiders.
