Grand final winner joins Titans

Promising forward Adam Christensen will join the Gold Coast Titans for the next two seasons after penning a deal this week.

Joining the Titans from the Burleigh Bears, where he played a pivotal role in their 2025 Hostplus Cup premiership-winning campaign, the 23-year-old second-rower impressed with his consistency and work rate across the season - scoring 10 tries in 21 appearances.

He provided standout performances in the Bears’ finals run, including a crucial try in the grand final against the Norths Devils.

Titans head coach Josh Hannay welcomed Christensen to the club, highlighting his potential and attitude.

“Adam is a player who’s earned his opportunity through hard work and performance, ”he said.

“He’s got the physical tools, but more importantly, he’s got the mindset we’re looking for as we build our identity here at the Titans.

“We’re excited to bring him into our system as we get to work in pre-season.”

With the first Titans checking in at Parkwood Friday, before training starts Monday, Christensen will now join this group.
