The Gold Coast Titans will enter a significant milestone when they take the field in 2026, marking the club’s 20th season in the NRL.
While the upcoming campaign represents an important chapter in the Titans’ story, the club has confirmed that major anniversary celebrations will take place in 2027, commemorating the full 20 years since the Titans first entered the competition.
The 2026 season will be one filled with excitement on and off the field, as the club continues to build momentum and look ahead to a landmark year of celebration that will honour two decades of rugby league on the Gold Coast.
Titans CEO Steve Mitchell said the milestone season was a moment to reflect on how far the club has come, while keeping the focus firmly on the future.
"Reaching our 20th season is a significant achievement for the Titans and everyone who has been part of this club’s journey so far," Mitchell said.
"2026 is about embracing that milestone and continuing to build towards success, while also laying the groundwork for what will be a very special year in 2027 when we celebrate the full 20 years of the Gold Coast Titans."
Mitchell said the club was already planning a range of initiatives to mark the anniversary in 2027; including a commemorative anniversary logo, special events and unique celebrations that will recognise the players, Members, fans, partners and staff who have helped shape the Titans’ identity.
"The 2027 celebrations will be a chance to properly honour our history and the people who have supported this club from day one," he said.
"We want to celebrate our past, recognise the present and look ahead to the future of rugby league on the Gold Coast."
With anticipation building for the 2026 season, Mitchell said the focus remained on delivering an exciting year of football and continuing to strengthen the club both on and off the field.
"There’s a real sense of excitement around what lies ahead," he said.
"We’re looking forward to a big year in 2026, knowing it leads into an even bigger celebration of everything the Titans represent in 2027."
Further details on the club’s 20-year anniversary logo, events and celebrations will be announced later in the year as planning continues.
