Minichiello's 12-year record in sight for long-serving Titan

Moeaki Fotuaika is set to become the Titans' most-capped player in 2026, surpassing club legend Mark Minichiello who has held onto the accolade since his NRL retirement.

One of eight Gold Coast stars who are destined to bring up milestones this season, the experienced enforcer only requires to play 11 more games to take top spot on the honour board - beating Minichiello's record of 173 appearances from 2007-2014.

As it stands, Fotuaika is expected to create history in Round 12 against the Sea Eagles - should he play every game leading up to that fixture - which will be an incredible achievement at only 26 years old after making his debut as a teenager in 2018.

The Titans are anticipating three centurions this season, with Chris Randall due to bring up 100 NRL games achievement first in Round 3. He is set to be joined by Beau Fermor in Round 9 and Jayden Campbell in Round 25.

Tino Fa'asuamaleaui will also notch up a century of games for the Titans at the backend of the season after beginning his career and making 27 appearances for the Storm.

Phil Sami and AJ Brimson should bring up 150 games in the NRL with the pair one-club men - the flyer expecting the occasion in Round 9 before Brimson's celebrations in Round 17.

There will also be acknowledgements for Kurtis Morrin, Max Feagai and Keano Kini who are hoping to establish themselves as NRL regulars with 50-game milestones ahead.

From a point-scoring front, Sami also has a great opportunity to become the Titans' all-time leading try-scorer this season, now only 14 away from Anthony Don's record of 85 that he achieved in his career spanning 2013-2021.
