Jett Liu made a successful return via the Hostplus Cup at the weekend after being sidelined with a knee injury since mid-April.
Coming back from a MCL strain, the 23-year-old got through 31 minutes off the bench for the Tweed Seagulls in their 22-22 draw on Saturday, and is expected to line up again in this week's clash against the Hunters.
Fellow injured duo Siale Faeamani and Tukimihia Simpkins - who have also both been out with knee injuries - have begun their integration back to full training and aim to make their returns to playing in the next fortnight.
Jaimin Jolliffe has also begun running on-field, now almost five months post-surgery as he continues to rehab his ACL injury suffered in late January.
