Round 25 team: Hau good for Sharks showdown as Kini celebrates half century
Arama Hau has been recalled for Keano Kini's mini milestone against the Sharks on Sunday at Cbus Super Stadium.
With Josh Patston ruled out due to his failed HIA, the dynamic edge forward returns to first grade after a strong showing for the Ipswich Jets at the weekend, named to start in the only change to the 17 made by Josh Hannay.
In a further switch on the extended bench, Luke Sommerton joins the 19-man squad in place of Sam Verrills - the back-up rake having made three appearances this year in his first season on the Gold Coast.
The Cronulla clash will be Kini's half century in the NRL, one of only three players to have played every game of the 2026 season alongside Phil Sami and Beau Fermor.
Kick-off is at 2pm on Sunday - the second of two games at Cbus Super Stadium, Gold Coast.
