Locked in: Jayden becomes second Campbell centurion at Titans
Jayden Campbell will become the second Campbell to play 100 games for the Titans as he follows in the footsteps of his father against the Dolphins on Friday.
Preston notched up 103 appearances in Gold Coast colours from the club's foundation season to his retirement in 2011 - his son to celebrate his century in the XXXX Queensland derby, six years after his debut against the Storm.
"It's a big milestone. I know everyone says it... but you're happy to play one game, let alone 100," Campbell said, reflecting on his milestone.
"Growing up, I've always wanted to play for the Titans so to play 100 games here and more into the future, it's a big achievement for me and my family.
"The Dolphins have been a great side and are in the top four for a reason.
"In the NRL, you want to play the best teams so playing a milestone game against a great team is even better."
The Titans have kept an unchanged 1-19 with Tony Francis and Jett Liu cut from the squad ahead of game day as they aim to upset the top four finishers in the final game of the regular season.
Kick-off is at 6pm on Friday at Cbus Super Stadium, Gold Coast.
