The iSelect Titans are delighted to announce proud Gold Coast builder Pivotal Homes has come aboard as jersey sponsor for the Titans 2015 Auckland Nines campaign next February.

Pivotal Homes came into being in 2006, the same year principal Mick Irwin, who has had more than 25 years’ experience in the building and land development industry, took the second ever membership in the Titans, which he has retained to this day.

It is a highly respected building company that likes to “under promise and over deliver” and will not compromise on quality of their work.

“We haven’t taken on the sponsorship to sell houses, that’s not what it’s about for me; I just want to be involved in the club and help ensure the Titans have a long survival here on the Gold Coast,” Irwin said. “It’s important to the Gold Coast.

“I have supported the Titans at different levels since the start. I headed to Southport with seven mates and we signed up on the first day when memberships became available and my support has never waned.

“I love rugby league and played for 20 years, so I know there are ups and downs in sport and I want to play a role with the Titans during a tough period and hope it encourages others to do the same.

“I think the Auckland Nines is a wonderful concept; it caught everyone’s imagination this year and I look forward to being associated with it in 2015.”

Titans CEO Graham Annesley welcomed Pivotal Homes’ involvement and its partnership for the exciting pre-season Nines competition.

“We appreciate Pivotal Homes’ faith in the Titans and our aim is obviously to win the prestigious Nines competition so that Mick and his team can get the maximum pride from their allegiance with the club,” said Annesley.

“They are a very proud and reputable local company and, beyond that, Mick is passionate about rugby league and the Gold Coast and that’s a wonderful fit for us.”
