David Mead returns against the Dragons on Friday after a nine-week absence. He spoke to the media about his comeback and task ahead.
He says he is excited to be playing fullback in WilliamZillman's absence.
"I've got 100 per cent confident in the knee and I wouldn't go out unless I was confident," he said.
"I won't be going in there thinking about it but it will be good to get a game under my belt.
"We're into the third part of the season [post-Origin] we want to go out and make sure we get a win, but to get that you have to prepare well."
He gives an insight too into how Konrad Hurrell, who also returns from injury, has settled in.
"He used to be running over guys in our team and now he's going to be doing it fore us and I'm pretty excited about that."
