‘Flash’ Gordon to play game 250 against Panthers

Gold Coast Titans fullback Michael Gordon will play his 250th NRL game on Friday night when the Titans return to Cbus Super Stadium to take on the Penrith Panthers.

Gordon made his NRL debut for the Panthers in 2006, and has since played for Cronulla, Parramatta, the Sydney Roosters and now the Titans in his remarkable 14-year NRL career.

Gordon has been named at fullback against the Panthers, with Gold Coast coach Garth Brennan making only one change to the team that went down to the Warriors last week in Auckland.

Young prop Moeaki Fotuaika is missing through suspension, with Max King replacing him on the interchange bench. Jack Stockwell has been included in the 21-man extended squad for the first time this season.
