Hipgrave and Proctor named for trip to Tamworth

Gold Coast forwards Keegan Hipgrave and Kevin Proctor have today been named in the Titans squad to face the Wests Tigers at Scully Park in Tamworth on Saturday evening.

Hipgrave (back) and Proctor (hip) both missed last Sunday’s victory over the Knights, but coaching staff are hopeful they will be fit to return against the Tigers this weekend.

With confirmation that captain Ryan James has suffered a ruptured ACL, coach Garth Brennan has moved Shannon Boyd into the front row to partner Moeaki Fotuaika, who performed strongly after being a late call-up for the Knights win on Sunday.

The Titans will travel to Tamworth on Thursday ahead of Saturday night’s match.
