The cavalry has arrived for the Gold Coast Titans ahead of Friday’s clash with the Melbourne Storm at Sunshine Coast Stadium, with centres Brian Kelly and Phillip Sami returning from injury to boost their team against the competition heavyweights.

Kelly (quad strain) and Sami (shoulder) are welcome inclusions for the Titans, who are coming off a courageous 16-12 win over the Warriors last weekend at Cbus Super Stadium

In a strong Titans line-up, Kelly and Sami will combine in the centres, joining fullback Corey Thompson and wingers Treymain Spry and Anthony Don in a backline packed with strike power.

Spry will back up for his second NRL after making a quality debut against the Warriors.

The Titans’ other impressive newcomer – Beau Fermor – will return to his preferred position in the back row for his third NRL game alongside Keegan Hipgrave, with captain Jai Arrow locking the scrum.

Prop Jaimin Jolliffe, another to impress against the Warriors, has retained his starting position alongside Moeaki Fotuaika in the front row, with Erin Clark at No.9.
