Titans fullback Brimson, is recovering well from foot surgery and excited about the year ahead.

" A little setback with the foot injury but it is nothing too hectic, but cant wait with the new squad and everything. Brimson said.

"My goal is to be back for the trial game which is definitely realistic at the moment and that is the plan with the physio and coaching staff.

"Not the end of the world if not, but Round 1 is 100% on the cards."

Reflecting on his own end to 2020, Brimson spoke about his time in State of Origin before injury cruelly cut his campaign to just the one game.

"It was the best ever, really a dream come true. Brimson said.

"We got the win and it was everything I thought it was, it was a tough game and it was an 80 minute game and when the whistle went it was the best feeling ever."

As he speaks you can see Brimcon is still buzzing from that experience and is hungry for more this year.

"Honestly I can't wait, I just want to try and bring energy to the squad (when I return).

"We have new signings coming plus the way the squad that finished the year last year did the job as well.

"It is just exciting, the staff and boys are all gelling together well." Brimson said.

He also took the opportunity to encourage Gold Coast fans to jump on board and become a Member for season 2021.

"This club is on the up and you saw the way we finished last year and how hard we are training at the moment, I think it is inevitable that we are going to keep going forward."
