The Gold Coast Titans have made it three wins in a row against their northern neighbours, beating the Brisbane Broncos 28 points to 16 in front of a great crowd at Cbus Super Stadium.

Next Home Game: Titans v Raiders - Get tickets.

The Titans pack was outstanding.

David Fifita proved a constant threat against his old team, scoring two tries in a man of the match performance.

Jarrod Wallace, Jaimin Jollife and Erin Clark also crossed for tries, but it was the go-forward from the Titans pack that allowed the 2020-style attack to return.

Returning to the side, Phil Sami had a strong game, as AJ Brimson who not only sparked his side through a first half arm wrestle.

Brimson came close to scoring the first try, appearing to be tackled early.

The Titans used their review - but the Bunker did not agree.

Minutes later and Jarrod Wallace barged over for the first try of the night.

The Broncos hit back through Tesi Niu, but that was the Brisbane's only points in the first half.

It was the 33rd minute of the match when Fifita first exploded.

The backrower brushed away Niu and scored his first try as a Titan.

Minutes later, it was Anthony Don who showed that he can not only score tries but set them up.

The veteran winger kicked back in field with Erin Clark scoring beside the posts.

The Titans rounded out a late burst in the first 40, with Jaimin Jolliffe scoring his first ever NRL try.

The home side took a 22 points to 4 lead into the half-time break.

It was the Titans who stretched that lead further in the second half, with Fifita crossing for his second.

The 21-year-old ran over defenders on the left edge, powering his way to the try line from 20 metres out.

The Broncos crossed late through Xavier Coates and Tevita Pangai Jnr reducing the final margin to 12.

The Titans now head to Townsville to take on the North Queensland Cowboys before returning back to Cbus Super Stadium to face the Canberra Raiders.
