The backrower brushed away Niu and scored his first try as a Titan.
Minutes later, it was Anthony Don who showed that he can not only score tries but set them up.
The veteran winger kicked back in field with Erin Clark scoring beside the posts.
The Titans rounded out a late burst in the first 40, with Jaimin Jolliffe scoring his first ever NRL try.
The home side took a 22 points to 4 lead into the half-time break.
It was the Titans who stretched that lead further in the second half, with Fifita crossing for his second.
