Fifita to contest charge grading at judiciary

Titans backrower David Fifita will head to the judiciary on Tuesday night seeking a downgrade on the grade two careless high tackle charge for his tackle on Tiger Adam Doueihi in the weekend's game.

Should Fifita get a downgrade he will be free to face the Panthers on Sunday in Brisbane but, if unsuccessful, he will miss the Magic Round game and also the round 11 clash with the Bulldogs.

Tyrone Peachey was also charged with dangerous contact and faces a $1150 fine.
