Gold Coast Titans backrower Dave Fifita has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee after last night's victory over the Canberra Raiders.
The destructive backrower has been charged with Grade 1 Dangerous Contact - Other, which has a base charge of 100 points, but due to loading Fifita will accrue 105 points for an early guilty plea or 140 should he contest the charge at the judiciary and lose.
With the Titans having the bye next round, Fifita's most likely next game would be for the Queensland Maroons in Origin III.
105 points would mean he would miss one game.
No plea has been entered at the time of writing.
