Injury report: Brimson to be rested, positive signs for Fuimaono

AJ Brimson will miss this Friday night's clash against the Sharks as he continues to battle a minor rib injury.

Having been withdrawn late from the Titans' Round 23 match after working hard to be fit for the contest, the 24-year-old will spend this week rehabbing in an attempt to settle the pain and inflammation, with every intention to return to training and play against the Panthers next Saturday.

In good news for the NRL squad, Jaimin Jolliffe is expected to return from a broken hand this week after missing the past four weeks since injuring it in Round 19.

In further positive news for the Titans, Taliah Fuimaono had a positive meeting with medical staff to assess her ankle injury with specialists reluctant to rule her out of the 2023 season yet after vast improvement in the past two weeks.

She will continue to be assessed week-by-week as she continues to rehab her Round 1 injury with every intention to return later this year.
