The Titans NRLW finals equation

The Titans are excited to be on the verge of qualifying for their second NRLW finals series in three seasons, with the chance of hosting a home semi still on the horizon also.

Going into the final round of the competition, the Gold Coast sits third with six wins and two losses; but a disadvantage the team has is a lower for-and-against to other competition heavyweights such as the Knights, Roosters and Broncos.

The side will travel to Canberra on Sunday afternoon to face the Raiders with the hope of locking in their top four spot, needing to win to maintain third or higher.

Should the Titans lose, they will need to keep the margin under 11 points to qualify for finals - although if Brisbane lose to the Dragons on Saturday night, this cancels this scenario out.

The Titans currently have a +14 differential, so in order to secure a home final, they will need to beat the Raiders and have the Roosters to lose against the Cowboys.

Ultimately, if the Titans win... they're in.
