With cards close to his chest, Jaimin Jolliffe gave a small insight into the changes that Coach Des Hasler and the Titans playing group are implementing this pre-season.
Jolliffe was quizzed on what the Titans might look like after a tough pre-season, but didn't reveal to much to the media on-site.
"You'll have to wait and see," Jolliffe smirked.
"We're working hard and we've changed a few things, but I don't want to give too much away."
Jolliffe did explain that it's been a productive pre-season and one that has him excited to take to the field.
"It's going good, it's actually going really good," he said.
"It's been really tough, but I think we've really grown as a team.
"We've set some standards, and I'll keep them to myself, but we are going to be chasing those and it's not going to be about the knockout punch early but it'll be about taking teams into the deep water.
"We've been working hard and hopefully that'll show in the trial games."
Titans Members and fans will have to wait until Tuesday for the first team list of the year when Des Hasler will announce his side for the trial match against the Broncos in Toowoomba.
If Jolliffe had his way, his name would be on the team sheet for both weeks of trial match football.
"To be honest, I'd rather play both," he said.
"You can come here (Parkwood) and run, but it's not as fun as actually playing a game."
One of the Titans most consistent players in recent seasons, the 85-game prop says he can't wait to pull on the jersey alongside his fellow forward pack members this season.
"There is good competition, it's tough, and Des doesn't give anything away in terms of what the team is going to look like," he said.
"It's up for grabs and a big part of that will be form in trial games.
"You can train good, but you have to play good and I think we're all up for that.
"Obviously we've picked up Reg (Campbell-Gillard), we've got Moey (Fotuaika) and Tino (Fa'asuamaleaui) coming back so that's quite a good forward rotation.
"I'm happy to do whatever Des wants me to do."
