Beau Fermor will continue to call the Coast home with his young family until the end of the 2029 season, inking a three-year contract extension beyond his current deal to remain a Titan long-term.
A significant boost for new head coach Josh Hannay and the club’s future, the 27-year-old is one of the game’s most dynamic and durable edge forwards and will embark on his seventh NRL season in 2026; having now made 92 appearances all for the Titans since debuting in 2020.
Known for his exceptional work rate, line-running ability and leadership qualities, the Dalby Devils junior has become a fan favourite and an integral part of the Titans’ on-field identity, earning his Queensland Origin debut in 2025 and working closely with Hannay in Maroons camp.
Fermor said staying a one-club player with the Titans was an easy decision.
"This club means a lot to me. They gave me the opportunity to achieve my NRL dream in 2020, and they’ve continued to back me throughout all the ups and downs of my career so far," he said.
"Most importantly, they’ve been extremely supportive for me and my young family and whilst I’m a Dalby boy at heart, the Gold Coast is my home now.
"I’m proud of the opportunity to keep wearing the Titans jersey until at least the end of 2029 and I truly believe in where we’re heading under Josh’s leadership.
"We’ve got a special group here and I’m excited to keep building with the boys and be part of the future of this club as we strive to deliver premierships for the Gold Coast."
Hannay believes Fermor’s commitment to the Coast reflects not only his value as a player, but also his impact as a leader within the squad.
"Beau is the type of player every club wants - hardworking, reliable and willing to do whatever it takes for his teammates," he said.
"He represents the standards we want to be known for. His consistency and energy lift the entire group and knowing he’s committed long-term is a huge step forward for us.
"I’ve had the great privilege to work with Beau in Origin camp previously and am extremely excited to expand on that here at the Titans as a key member of our forward pack."
