NRL 2026: Titans, Judiciary update: Sam Verrills

Gold Coast hooker Sam Verrills will be free to play in next Sunday's return home to Cbus Super Stadium against the Dragons despite being charged by the match review committee.

The Titans dummy-half was placed on report in the 48th minute and subsequently charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle for his hit on North Queensland's Tom Chester, resulting in a $1000 fine with the early guilty plea.

No plea has been submitted at this time.
