There is still an upbeat feeling at Titans HQ, despite the tough start to the season under new coach Josh Hannay.
The results on the scoreboard haven't come yet - albeit only three games in - but the belief in what the Gold Coast squad is building is as strong as ever, knowing the tide will turn very soon.
Just ask Kurtis Morrin, who was part of the Bulldogs' transformation that begun in 2023.
"Everyone is still positive. It takes time to build new habits and that's what we're trying to do. Everyone still has faith in what we can do this year," he said.
The 26-year-old recruit has seen firsthand the time it takes for a new coaching structure to bear fruit. He was into his second year of NRL at Canterbury when Cameron Ciraldo arrived and watched firsthand the progression to finals footy - including a top four berth last season.
"You want to go out there and get the win to fill the club with belief and pay back all the hard work we've been putting in during the pre-season," Morrin said.
"All the staff and the board are backing us so it'll be nice to go out there and get a win."
The playing group's support for Hannay is at an all-time high as the well-regarded coach eyes his first victory at the helm of the Titans.

Morrin has full faith it can come against the Dragons on Sunday night.
"[Josh] is always on our mind. You never want to upset the coach," he said.
"He's put in the hard yards all pre-season and it'll be nice to repay him and get everyone off his back."
Up against a luckless Red V who are also chasing their first win of the season, discipline has been the major focus at training this week, having to make 104 more tackles than the Cowboys in last Sunday's defeat due to repeated set restarts and penalties.
"We've been working hard on our intent and the laws of the game," Morrin said.
"We need to meet them with a bit more physicality and less six agains and penalties - really focusing on our discipline."
A shining light off the bench, injecting electrifying bursts of energy up front, Morrin also wants to be part of a ferocious forward pack, led by Origin and International duo Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Moe Fotuaika who are hungry to defy the critics after a slow start to their seasons.
"I'm sure they will [be fired up]. They've been working on their game and I'm sure they'll be ready," he said.
"I've learnt so much off them at training and on the field. If they're at their best, it's only going to benefit everybody in the team."
