Future Titans front-rower Viliami Fifita will inject fresh energy into Gold Coast's NRLQ side this Sunday, returning from time away with a foot injury to go to battle with the Broncos in Burleigh.
Threatening a flying start off the interchange bench, the 18-year-old prop draws inspiration from brother Jojo who also rejoins the Titans NRL side for their Macca's Local Derby clash this week - fresh from his Origin debut for the Maroons last Wednesday.
Fifita will be part of the engine room that also includes second-row forward Lukji Yloi who was the first to put critical points on the board in last week’s clash against the ladder-leading Cowboys, while Josiah Clifford has been elevated to start at five-eighth.
A Round 7 victory will bolster the Titans' grand final contention ahead of the Dolphins who have clinched second spot on the ladder at the halfway point of the competition.
Kick-off is at 4pm on Sunday at Pizzey Park, Gold Coast.
