Round 15 team: Liu to debut as Titans head to Tiger town

Emerging forward Jett Liu will make his NRL debut against the Wests Tigers as the Titans aim to continue their good form on Sunday afternoon at the eighth wonder of the world.

One of three forced changes due to Origin duties and injury, the 22-year-old will embark on Leichhardt Oval for his maiden appearance after moving from the Dragons to join Gold Coast this season - recently upgraded to the squad's top 30 after initially signing as a development player.

Named on the interchange, he is one of the fresh faces in Josh Hannay's side with Jaylan De Groot promoted to starting centre to fill the void left by Jojo Fifita, who is in Camp Maroon alongside co-captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui.

Klese Haas joins fellow skipper Moeaki Fotuaika up front; whilst Adam Christensen has earnt a recall to NRL following a strong few weeks in the Hostplus Cup, set to play his second first grade game from the bench.

Kick-off is at 4.05pm on Sunday at Leichhardt Oval, Sydney.
