Locked in: Hannay makes call on Maroons duo after Origin II
Josh Hannay has confirmed Jojo Fifita will play against the Panthers but has chosen to rest captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui for this Saturday's clash.
The duo joined Gold Coast's captain's run on Friday after helping guide the Maroons to a 44-24 win over the Blues in Melbourne on Wednesday night - the Titans coach opting to give his front row enforcer a rest after an emotional Origin appearance following the passing of his father Fereti last weekend.
Klese Haas will start in the front row in Fa'asuamaleaui's place with the remainder of the side remaining as per program for the Retro Round showdown.
The club's first game at home in 49 days, the Titans will wear their ever-popular heritage jersey again after debuting the playing strip at Magic Round, paying homage to the Gold Coast Chargers.
Kick-off is at 5.30pm on Saturday at Cbus Super Stadium, Gold Coast.
