Late mail: Murphy takes on Townsville hoodoo with unchanged 17
The Titans will be unchanged for their North Queensland derby as Karyn Murphy's side aims to break their NRLW hoodoo in Townsville.
Gold Coast are eager to flip the script having never won in their two starts at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, nor have they seen trial success in their two trials played in Cowboys country.
Eyeing their third consecutive victory in the opening four rounds to cement their top four position, the visitors will welcome another debutant in the clash with Eta Sikahele becoming Titan #64 off the bench.
The Titans pathways graduate is an emerging forward getting her opportunity to show her full potential after impressing Murphy in the pre-season.
This clash will also be a historic occasion from a broadcast perspective with former Titans NRLW team manager and now Fox Sports commentator Jo Barrett becoming the first female play-by-play caller on TV, following in the footsteps of Emma Lawrence who achieved the feat on radio earlier this year.
