Matthew Nosworthy of Varsity Lakes will be a special guest at Cbus Super Stadium this Sunday thanks to Zaraffa’s Coffee and the iSelect Titans.

Matthew was winner of the promotion run by Zaraffa’s drive-through outlet at Tugun and walked away with a football signed by the Titans team, four tickets to Sunday’s clash with the Sea Eagles and a Zaraffa’s cap.

Matthew is a regular Titans home match attendee and has been since the first season in 2007. In fact he has been supporting the Gold Coast national league teams since the Giants way back in 1988.

On his way to work at Tweed Heads one morning he drove in to grab some coffees for himself and colleagues and was served by iSelect Titans under-20s player Connor Broadhurst who works there part-time while studying at university.

Connor suggested Matthew enter the competition and the avid Titans fan was the lucky winner from the hundreds of entries.

His parents are also keen Titans fans and are members of the corporate Palladium Club.

“I’ve been following the Gold Coast teams since they started and it’s great to win the tickets and the football and cap,” Matthew said.

“It’s been a bit of a frustrating year but I’ll always follow the team and just have to hope we make the finals next year now.”

Zarrafa’s Tugun’s Diminity Jones was delighted with the response to the promotion. She also had a good word for our Titan of tomorrow Broadhurst whose Tuesday shift starts at 5am but he is never late whether playing the evening before and is an outstanding worker.
