Aquis Titans recruit Nathan Peats was frank and insightful when interviewed on NRL 360 last night about his sudden exit from Parramatta to the Gold Coast.

He was interviewed by hosts Ben Ikin and Paul Kent just the day after he put pen to paper on an 18-month deal with the Titans.

"I'm happy with the move and I'm really excited," he said about his forced move from the Eels, but a new challenge with the Titans.

"The Titans were the best option and I think they are a club on the build and I've heard nothing but good reports about their coach Neil Henry and I'm excited about the change."
