Aquis Titans co-captain Nathan Friend returns from injury to face the Dragons tonight in a crunch game. He looks at the match with Titans TV.
"We're into the back end of the season now ansd you want to build some momentum." he says. "While we've been competitive we need to just step it up that fraction as who knows what can happen in the next few weeks.
"The teams we play are around us on the table so if we can beat them, it will hold us in good stead."
