Wallace: We go again

It was a simple message from Jarrod Wallace following the Titans match against the Storm on the weekend - more of the same effort.

Although dissapointed with the result, the former Maroons prop was pleased with his sides effort, particularly in the middle of the park.

"It was a great effort by the boys, I thought we played really good in that first half," Wallace said.

"There was probably about five minutes there where we lapsed and they (Melbourne) scored points.

"They really turned it on in the second half the boys, but that's the type of game we need to play every week, we need to build on that momentum and keep going."

Wallace called out specific praise for his fellow middle forwards and couple of men who haven't been regular starters so far in the season.

"I thought our forwards really lay the platform.

"Jimmy Jolliffe and Sammy Mac (McIntyre) had a fantastic start and Peach (Tyrone Peachey) is so handy to come off the bench and I thought Erin Clark was fantastic.

"I am really happy with our middles tonight, I thought they were fantastic and again we have just got to keep building on that performance.

Wallace knows those are the efforts that Titans' Members and fans are looking for and he wants more of it next week as the team take on the Roosters (Saturday 12th) and Manly (Sunday 20th) in the month of June.

"Our motto as our team is to make our fans and members proud, to make our team proud and our family proud," Wallace said.

"Win lose or draw if we put in performances like tonight against Melbourne, our fans will support us...we got fantastic supporters and we know that Cbus next week will be packed and I can't wait to see everyone."
