The Gold Coast Titans have added further strike power to their backline, signing Ken Maumalo for season 2023 and beyond.
The powerful winger has been granted a release from Wests Tigers and will join the Titans immediately.
The former New Zealand international and Dally M winger of the year adds experience, with nine seasons of NRL football under his belt.
Titans Coach Justin Holbrook says Maumalo is an important addition to the Titans roster.
“We’ve had a couple of roster spots left and we identified that we wanted to fill one of those with an experienced outside back who can add real value to our team,” Holbrook said.
“Ken knows what it takes to perform at NRL level and we think he will be a great addition to our roster.
“We’ve got some wonderful young local players like Jojo Fifita and Alofiana Khan-Pereira who have already shown their potential, but having someone of Ken’s experience will no doubt help with their development as well.”
Maumalo joins the Titans until the end of the 2025 season.
