Dawn of a new era: 2024 begins now

It's the dawn of a new era on the Gold Coast.

The 2024 season sees the arrival of multiple premiership-winning coach Des Hasler who joins the Titans after 458 NRL games - the five-time grand finalist previously at the helm of the Manly Sea Eagles and Canterbury Bulldogs during his 20-year reign as a first grade mentor.

Gold Coast also welcomes The Lottery Office as its new principal partner for the next two seasons in the NRL Telstra Premiership, with the 2024 jersey officially unveiled on Friday alongside Hasler who makes his first public appearance since taking on his new post.

Titans hit jackpot with new principal partner

The Gold Coast Titans are thrilled to welcome The Lottery Office as the club’s principal partner for the 2024 season and beyond.

The Lottery Office provides Australians with an official way to play international lotteries and will feature across the front of the Titans' NRL playing jersey for at least the next two seasons, with their support as Gold Coast's principal partner to see them feature right across the club and its programs.

Gold Coast becomes Desneyland

Announced in July that Des Hasler would return to the NRL via the Titans, the Gold Coast is now home to its first premiership-winning coach with the highly-experienced mentor bringing two titles and a track record of success to his new club.

"It's always exciting to be involved in the NRL and I enjoy coaching," Hasler told Titans members exclusively in his first week at the club.

"I especially enjoy the interaction and rugby league is something I've been involved in for over 40 years. There's plenty of enjoyment I get out of that and I feel pretty privileged to be involved in a concept like the NRL again."

The five-time grand finalist is hoping to achieve what no other coach has been able to on the Gold Coast (with the Titans or prior franchise iterations) - guiding the team past the preliminary finals.

Returning to the NRLW big stage

The Titans created history in 2023 as the first Gold Coast team to reach a national sporting grand final, qualifying for the NRLW decider after a hugely successful season under the guise of Karyn Murphy.

Falling just short in a tough and gritty encounter against the defending premiers Newcastle, the squad already have their eyes locked on getting back to Accor Stadium for the 2024 big dance and going one better than this year's result... lifting the all-important silverware and becoming the first team to bring premiership success to the Gold Coast.
